Hey, Brandon. Have you thought about taking up an instrument like drums, guitar or bass? It’s a little bit cheaper starting out than a motorbike. I play guitar and it’s my therapy before work, after work and sometimes at work. If your church doesn’t have other people that play an instrument, you can always ask the pastor to ask around to other churches. I’ve seen collectives of musicians from various churches get together and play gigs at church events.

Motorcycles are awesomeness, one of my escapes, along with skateboarding, some nature stuff, people watching, thrifting, walking, vintage stuff hunting, comics.

I actually bought a guitar last time I got clean and started playing but I stopped…. I give up pretty quickly. It’s something I need to work on. My pastor is actually really good at playing

Don’t give up on it. It’ll pay off. If you have the means, consider taking some lessons. It takes time suck better. I’ve played on and off for a long time and never really got serious about it until about 7 years ago…and I still suck. Give bass a shot.
