I been rape by one of my friend. I was drunk and he refused to leave me quite his house.i was sleeping and when i wake up he was over me. I do nightmare and have many problem to sleep well after this event but the alchool help me to sleep better , but it cause me many others problems with my boyfriend. So i thinck a need to quite alchool to help me to solve my problem.

Welcome @isab Im sorry for you been raped by your friend that is terrible … its very understandable alcohol was the substance for you. I hope you boyfriend support you, i do hope you will seek help to work trough it . Be kind to your self and dont forget you are a good person .Do what you can and need for a better life
