Here are a couple of things I have been doing -
Detox juicing recipe:
1 Green apple
2 small beets
1 small piece of ginger (or more if you like spicy)
about 3 cups of cabbage
3 stalks of celery
Put it all through the juicer and drink up!
For the last week I have been drinking this for breakfast about an hour after drinking a glass of water with fiber in it. Fiber slows digestion and gives your body more time to absorb all these nutrients.
At night I have been brewing ginger tea and adding a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar & a tablespoon of lemon juice with some stevia to sweeten it up a little.
Yum! Def fruits and veggies and fiber. Also suggest exercise (mild to moderate is perfectly fine), rest if u feel u need it, hot showers and baths, dry brushing before them…
Epsom salt baths, exercise, sauna and/or hot yoga. Lots of water and fresh vegetables and fruit!
ahhhh sauna sounds so good right now! My parents do hot yoga… maybe I should join them and see if I like it!
You should try it! Sounds corny, but I’ve seen people start crying in class, it can be much more then just a physical experience!
