Dude I’ve tried everything to go to sleep I even cut down on the caffeine. Nothing seems to work

Have you tried eliminating caffeine altogether? Have you tried any otc sleep aids?
I’ve tried many sleep aids I can’t just cancel out caffeine or else I get tremors
Well I’d try to wean off the caffeine totally if you can. How much do you intake daily? I consume a lot of caffeine but I’m able to sleep pretty easily these days. About 1000mg a day. I don’t drink any energy drinks after 5 and it helps. I also drink 2800-3500 ml of water a day.

I kinda got into a discussion with the boss a while back. It seemed to ruffle his feathers a bit. He doesnt accept hes an alcoholic either. He took offense that i said alcoholics are addicts. It just has its own fancy name. If you are an alcoholic you are also an addict. Thats how i always seen it. You wouldnt be wrong either way…
