I know some people (including me) want to punish themselves for what they have done. If you have the urge to do so, best way is to workout or run. It is no secret that a great workout is tough and sometimes even agonizing, so use that urge to punish yourself and put it into an agonizing workout. Run until you drop, or lift until you fall. It’s the most positive form of “punishment” you can do to yourself
