Thank you for the encouragement. My dream is to take a picture of me doing a head stand at the South pole and when I get home I can proudly display if on my frig upside-down. Kind of an Atlas moment 
Of course not only finding my way South, it would be nice to know how to do a head stand prior to my departure.
