Find a distraction.
Exercise - gym, run, push ups, punching bag.
Clean something - drawers, closets, basement, your car.
Get into nature - go for a hike, a walk, do yard work.
Stay strong - you are worth it.

How are you doing now?
If I’m restless and (in my case) wants to drink, I give myself permission to buy something small on the internet. So I start surfing for something and that’s my distraction. If I use it cost money, so I have money when I’m sober. Most of the times I just surf and didn’t buy anything. But it helps get trough the craving.
I also like to walk, gardening, watch Netflix, read a book, etc.
