I don’t know if that can help. But when I struggled with boulemia and I wanted to just fucked up everything, I repeat several times why I’m doinh this. Like 3 reasons and you scream them if you need until you gets that it worth it. Good luck to you! I hope I help you

Isn’t it strange how the mind thinks oh the weekend i will have to drink, my mind is forgetting i was drinking Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and the weekend, have a good sober one guys
