I’m not gonna lie. This last year just sucked. It was really really bad. It’s still not going great but I’m sober, I’m healthy, I’m alive, and I’m safe and I honestly can’t ask for much more

3 years completely sober including booze, 4 years no , 5 years no , 9 years no

I think its also worth mentioning that I’m really proud of the fact I havent had a self harm lapse or suic*de attempt in 5 years. So thankful to this community, even when I’m not fully active and isolated and depressed. It all started here.
