In The Middle Of Anxiety Attack

Now I am starting to feel it. I’m trying so hard to cope. Hands tingling and sweating… eyes sensitive… And the general feeling of fright. What am I afraid of? Can’t focus enough. Everything and nothing at all?? So far I am feeling myself this is normal… anxiety is normal…anxiety is normal… Repeated

It will pass. Just breathe. Deep breaths.

It will pass, your body may not be used to being this sober, what your feeling is okay. It’s okay to feel anxious, it’s okay to feel upset, it’s okay to feel confused or anything else.

When i get such attacks i always tell myself that it’s okay, it will pass in 10-30 Minutes, like a mantra.
It’s also helpful to breathe correctly. If you want, lay on your back (or sit), breathe in thru your nose, slowly count to 3 or 4 then slowly breathe out thru your mouth. Try to breathe deep into your stomach.
I hope this helps you a little to calm down

This is very normal in the first week or two. Hang in there it gets better. You will soon see you are stronger than you ever imagined. Give it Time. Good luck :four_leaf_clover:
