I had a quiet addiction that I kept to myself. Not too many people really go through it, not sure if anyone on here has, I found out watching a TikTok video that a lot of teenagers do it didn’t really think it was a problem until I stop doing it found out that it can cause heart attacks in severe memory loss used to spend hours in the bathroom after long nights of drinking to help me stay up if the fun wasn’t over I knew it as HUFFING what I now know as (inhalant abuse)

I’m not sure but it’s like when you inhale cleaning supplies
