I like to lift up my people in recovery on a daily basis. Just a short text to let them know they are thought about. Some encouraging word or pictures… thing I see that are helpful, thoughtful and speak to me… Id love to see what speaks to you

I’ve long loved that quote as well. In fact, I made that image so I’d have it to share when needed! (though seeing it now I’d use a different font…)
I 100% do not do this… because I’m human! Mine would say “Be kind.” “At least try.”
