This is some good stuff!! I definitely need to do this mantra for a couple people who take up too much space in my head.

I’ll use my own from last year.
“I’m here, I’m alive and I’m sober”
From the begging it was just something I said when I woke up after a hard time in sobriety. Then I started to use it while checking in here, and now It’s definitely working as my daily mantra.
