I can’t have wine in the house. Period! But if I had it in a premeasured, sealed container with a motion sensor making sure I put it in the pan, I’m sure I would use it for cooking!!

I was going to say the sensor should have an alarm linked to my sponsor’s cell, but too much, maybe!?? At that point, I guess I’d find another recipe! (Edited: I just saw your alcohol substitutions for recipes - good idea! I’ll keep it for when I start cooking actual food again, instead of kid-friendly food.)
I bet your sponsor wouldn’t think that was to much. Anytime I walk through the hood (they are everywhere in Cuse) I call mine. I’m pretty sure he realizes that’s when I call but doesn’t say anything.
