UK you can get any time. Even do delivery services to your door in the early hours at an increased rate
I live in las Vegas and I work in casinos. We can have any type of liquor any hour. Stores and restaurants are open 24 hours here. 
. They have drive thru liquors stores so you dont even have to get out of your car.
That must be tough!!

They stop selling from 2am to 6 am here. But as a good drunk, I made sure to grab another handle by 1:45.

In Estonia you can get alcohol in the stors only 10:00-22:00. Bars are oppened wednesday to saturday. If you want to buy from the bar alcohol with you, not in the bar drinking, then they open the bottle and you have to go somehow like that to home, with opened bottels. Its very hard, when you buy a beer 
But wy have illegal sellers too.If you still want to get drunk, you can do this anyway
In the UK we have a 24hr license to sell alcoholic drinks if a shop is shut you can phone for delivery
I’m outside Chicago. You can’t buy it 24 hours. There is a cut-off of 0200-0800 and 1000 on Sunday
Here you get it 24h/7d a week. On weekends when the grocery shops are closed you can but it at the gas station. I used to go there when my drinks where empty.

Monday to Friday you can buy beers / alcoholic up to max 4.7% at regulary shops beetwen 08.00 - 20.00. If you want stronger you need to visit special govurment shop (10.00 to 18.00)
Saturday: Regulary shops: 08.00 to 18.0å
Special store: 10.00 to 15.00
Sunday: Not allowed to sell alcohol.
Same for me everything is available 24/7. Makes me know that if I can do it here I can do this anywhere. It’s all about the decisions I make. Six month’s tomorrow for me.
Qld. Bottle shops are open from 10am to 5pm, about 9pm fri/sat nights. Drive thru bottle shops are open till about 11/12 depending what night it is and how busy.
A lady was arrested last week actually at our local drive thru for taking a horse in to get more grog 
. She was 4 times over the legal limit!
