Is there an addiction timer?

Sorry if I am asking a question that has already been asked, or if it is a stupid question….

Is there a timer that increases the time every cycle?

I am dealing with a few addictions, and although I have just hit 10 days since my last drink, I also want to quit nicotine.

I stopped smoking cigarettes a few years ago. I did vape until it became popular. I always felt the quality of liquids went really downhill when vape shops started appearing on every corner. There used to be about 30 people in the UK that vales back then

We had our own little forum as part of the ECF community…. Made our own vapes, custom pyrex tanks… they were good times:+1::grin:

Then I found the Nordic Spirit pouches… But I am still addicted to nicotine. So, is there a timer that will increase the amount of time between pouches?

I do wonder if I keep failing to quit alcohol, because I still have an addiction. I think I need to quit everything.

Hey there Phil! The timers we have do not use a tapering system, they add up days, minutes, hours, months, whatever you set them to. I will include a How To link below, click on a topic and scroll down for how to info.

As for substituting one addiction for another, vape for cigarettes, cigarettes for alcohol, etc etc….yes, that sure does happen. And it continues to happen until we work on the underlying issues of why we are using/escaping/what we are not acknowledging/healing. Quitting the substance/behavior is the beginning, healing (thru therapy or other methods) is the next step.

Here is some info on how the trackers and site work…
