It came out of no where

There is ALWAYS something more to do my good friends! Dig down deep what is bugging you? Sit down and write down notes, ask yourself, meditate etc. Our addictions are often just the tip of the iceberg! We are worth it. Just as it took reflection, clarity and strength to overcome the initial addiction, the same can be used for all of life, as there is NO set limit to growth and development, ever! Something I was once shown, take a breather and make yourself comfortable wherever you are:

  • Look around and name 5 things you can see in your surroundings…
  • Name 4 things you can feel…
  • Name 3 things you can hear…
  • Name 2 things you can smell…
  • Now name 1 good thing about yourself…
Life is all a journey. Do or try something you’ve never done or tried before
