It’s my first time going sober. I lasted 3 days 
I’ve previously quit synthetic weed and cigarettes, and both of them was a matter of just…stopping. I don’t know why this is so much harder, but I hate the hold it has on me. If anyone’s interested, YouTube “Bottle” by Paul McDermott
