It's been 17 days!

It’s 2:06 pm here in AR and for the first time I think I’ve actually had a good day so far being productive. The past couple weeks have been hell and I know I still have a lot to learn in the future but it’s been good having to stay busy with work, family, daily chores, walks downtown or the trails, being able to smile, and becoming socially active again. I just need to start back at the gym. I use to smoke weed and go work out easily, now my body is exhausted by the end of my shift. Any tips?

Congratulations on 17 days :slightly_smiling_face:
I started doing fitness classes and swimming straight after.
I prefer to go really early in the morning.
But maybe a light swim instead of intense workout after work ?
Will also help keep those evenings busy so when you get home and have eaten your getting s good sleep and helps to keep cravings at bay.

A 1/2 hr walk gets the energy back up. As much as you feel exhausted, it does help.
