Three times is a charm, right? Maybe I’ll actually finish the entire thing this time, I’m in.

I may have to adapt did my latest shoulder injury, but I will.

Sure, I’m in. Add it to regular workouts, strengthen the core. :muscle:

You could do this instead. May be better than the plank position for your shoulder

I’ll give it a go but with my back I’ll probably need a plank to sleep on by day 4 :face_in_clouds:

Sounds good! 5 minutes sounds like a long time!

It’s gonna be. I’m good for about a minute and a half right now, and have to stop and take a minute in between. Curious to see if I can work up to the 5 minute mark

That’s about where i am. I better start practicing right now!

Last year I broke it up in two. The year before I had to do 5 1min planks so I’m curious to see this years progress

I’m in!
But I have a question, what if I can’t do 20 Seconds? :smiling_face_with_tear:
Can I split it into 2 x 10 Seconds?

You sure can! When it gets to longer times I either split it up or hold for as long as I can and then stop the timer for a few second break and then finish it.

Im going to just keep my trophy :trophy: from last year and call it a day :joy: Good luck everyone, it’s not easy, but doable. Godspeed.
