Dam. I messed up so badd im currently on my second day and my withdrawls are insane i need a detox but i would loose everything fml

What are you willing to do to get sober? After a three weeks bender, would a 2-3 day detox stay really cost you more than you’ve already lost? I don’t know these answers, only you do.
Don’t drink, don’t use just until you put your head on the pillow tonight. Leave tomorrow to itself, you’ve plenty of work today!

I don’t know your situation outside of whats in this post, but it sounds to me like you actually have everything to gain. Getting yourself well is priority #1, you will lose everything else either way if you don’t. Put yourself first, friend!
