Stay strong. Just went through this myself. On day 22. We are all here! I am scared everyday that its sometimes debilitating so i get it. Then i jump on groups like this to get the support and validation weare all here with similar stories. I am tired of the guilt of NOT doing anything so finally DOING something feels good!
