Just hit 30 days

First 27 days not too bad on the cravings front but boy was the mood swings, sleeplessness, lack of motivation, headaches etc etc bad!

Now they have subsided the last couple of days have been HEAVY alcohol craving. Why oh why now!!??

Your doing great. Keep pushing forward, you can make it through this. This is just be a way it tries to drag you back in. Be proud of a month.

I’ve gone that far just to give up before and I regret it because another 30 days feels like forever. Staring at single digits and remembering why you did this in the first place. :frowning:
