The other day I saw a video of a Mexican boxer who had been addicted (not to pornography, but addiction anyway) and he gave a piece of advice that I use every day, which is: “Just for today I’m not going to relapse.”
That phrase made me I repeat it every day.
He also said that sober time does not cure or solve this problem of addiction and that if it is neglected it can relapse.
So just for today I will be sober.
