Im an alcoholic and im just wondering if indescribable torture is just a fancy word for craving liqor or if it has a deeper meening like the mental twist

I think it feels like that at times . Have u been doing lots of recovery to help u stay focused and help u learn about this illness? The more I learn the more I understand what happening to my body and mind x
Yeah my recovery is soing great its just that i just listened to dr bobs story and herd that word and tought that it migth mean something that i have experenced befor i went into recovery
