Relapsed again last weekend… thank god I was able stop myself from drinking this day last week after drinking alot of Saturday. So a week sober. I find I need to keep busy even though I am already busy I cannot have free time as that’s when I slip so iv started to take walks…

That’s a great idea! Introduce some new routines: walks, exercise, a bath and/or some tea at the end of the day. Be kind to yourself: any safe, sober activity is better than using. Feel good about your walk - good for you!

I do alot of walking too now. And find myself eating more.

Used to walk for miles look at gardens get some hints ,plenty exercise and if you have booze in the house then get rid of it ,and when you go out walking dont take any money wish you well
