Those last three days weren’t easy. I have an eating disorder and it is extremely hard for me to stick to my diet plan. I had a few relapses, but this time I am more than ever determined to see my eating plans through to the finish!
Wow that’s great! I don’t have experience with eating disorders so no advice to share, but cheering you on regardless!
That’s awesome! Fantastic you have a plan. I know in my recovery (more about what I drink than what I eat ) the surest path comes with having a plan then sticking to it, one day at a time.

So what is your next goal?
My next goal is nntoaturally to finish the whole week and continue till im fully cured and stable. For me the first 7 to 14""" days after a relaps are the worst. Im afrait of falling in a “hole of unmotivation” again where I easily give in to my cravings. But I know once I made it through, it will get better. So surviving the first few weeks is the most important time for me… and the most feared one
