I started this monthly thread when I noticed that so many people were struggling on their birthdays, including myself. It’s on a voluntary basis and I keep the dates for the next year

How cool Rebecca! I haven’t gotten to that point yet, next month I’ll find out how a sober birthday feels like. I survived X-mas, so I hope to be fine! Nice thread, great initiative!

I post an announcement on the first so people can let me know when their special day is so Jenny keep an eye out I’ve been told that it has been so helpful to have the forum support one another on one of the hardest days to stay sober, holidays aside. I also feel that if someone has relapsed we can still let them know that we are thinking of them
