Lights already out screens off.
12:46 am.
I stopped wearing my watch to bed. I would base how I felt during the day based on my sleep stats…kind of how I did with the scale too. So that was kind of adding a stress I didn’t need. Your mileage may vary of course. I obviously do not like any added pressure on myself. It is cool tho reading the different stats.
That’s kind of a cute nickname maybe I can get a t-shirt made lol!!
Flashes of Peter Brady in the Hall Monitor episode?
May I ask what dose of magnesium?
I also take magnesium and it has seemed to help me.
500mg’s ( 119% of your daily value)
They are 250mg’s a pill and it says to take two. Sometimes I just take one if I take a multi- vitamin because it’s in that too
Which type of magnesium are folks taking for sleep?
Mine is literally from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. It does the job.
I heard that the brand name CALM was a pretty good one out there i havnt tried.
My chiropractor recommended this brand. He’s kind of a health nut. He only recommends natural healthful type supplements. He doesn’t even like when I take Advil.
He recommended it for soothing muscle cramps and he said it would also help sleep. Take 2 at night. One with my vitamins after lunch.
@Callie99
Amazon of course.

Have read that wireless devices can have an effect on a good nights rest. Not that i dont have a problem with not sleeping sometimes anyways. Should You Turn Off Wifi at Night for Your Health? 5 Things You NEED to Know! - Educate EMF
Interesting. I have wanted to get a sleep tracker to find out how much sleep I am actually getting. Hmmm. Maybe I should save my money.
My February intention is: Tech off at 9pm. Either a bath or foot soak (Magnesium and calcium epsom soak), and readings, which I usually lose my entire morning to.
In bed between 10-10:30a. I have a TLC meeting each morning at 7am. So that gives me plenty of rest to get up and journal at 6-6:30a before my meeting.
I so declare!
Well, I did very much enjoy looking at the stats for about a week. I could see some nights were better than others and I appreciated the info. But in the end, for me, it was another added pressure I didn’t require in my life. We are all motivated differently tho, so if you are interested, you could give it a try. Just my experience.
It’s 100% possible that I would fixate Just addictive behavior things…
This sounds like a challenge I need. I come home from work and I got phone and TV and sometimes laptop all going. Then I can’t sleep for hours afterwards cuz my brain is still going.
Thanks @Dazercat and @Callie99 , I ended up purchasing a magnesium glycinate after reading a bit more. I am 100% sure I have tried it before, but I will give it a go again. Restful restorative sleep is incredibly important.
Thanks again Eric, for this challenge!!
I just stumbled on this opinion piece by Lindsey Crouse about her smarrwatch and had to share it …
