Eric, I so look forward at the end of the evening going through the meme wars and seeing what you have found for us for the day. Understandably, there must be a compromise if we are to work on our sleep muscles. I’m just happy to have found a challenge that I can participate in. I’m off to a good start with team Benadryl / melatonin / magnesium… Good night my friend.

Well, I went to bed 11:30-ish, it took a long while to get to sleep. Then, I woke up at 4:30 and was awake for quite a while before I went back to sleep again. So, it’s a start.
Lights already out screen shutting down.

Usually I am in bed by like 7pm. Doesn’t mean I go to sleep right away. With my anxiety the way it is I have to watch boring shows for 2-3 hours before I feel like I can fall asleep. The brightness on the screen goes all the way to base +0% once I am in bed. Compared to normal brightness it’s like looking at an illuminated piece of paper, so not very bright.
So I guess around 10pm.
Guess since February is almost here, I should get ready for this challenge. Signing off till tomorrow, which the way I sleep could be 3 hours from now.

@Dazercat , I got my 200mg Magnesium Glycinate yesterday and took last night. Went to bed late for me as my husband and I were chatting and lost track of time. Took me a bit to fall sleep, but I slept well and fell back easily after peeing and slept til 7:45!! Not groggy at wake up at all. Will see how it goes tonight. So appreciate this thread and your suggestions!!

So. I plan on bringing my screen to bed but just for the insight timer. So I can time my meditation before bed and clear my mind. Then I’ll post in the morning so I’m not tempted to pick up my iPad. Also planning on shutting the TV down by 9:30. Unless the wife and I are having movie night. We got a lot of movies to catch up on before award season.
