Today marks 45 days since I’ve last used heroin and cocaine. I have been blessed through this period of abstinence. I will say the suboxin helps tremendously. I still consider myself clean cause I don’t have a needle in my arm. Just wanna say I love you incase you haven’t heard it. Your all beautiful. Keep on keeping on.

If you’re using sub as part of a regimen prescribed by a doctor I’d consider you clean too. Keep trudging the road my friend, it ain’t always easy but it’s absolutely worth it.

Keep doing your thing and i would put this time down as clean too. . But i would consider trying to get your doctor to put you on a taper plan. Wd from subs can be just as bad and last longer then reg opiate wd. Im sure you eventually want to break free… you can do it!
