AA if its for drink but welcome aboard here, if you just need to chat let it all out with us, someone is always here to listen day and night, so much experience to take away with you, or just stay with us until your feeling like you can cope.

I know SMART has online meetings?
Dont need to vent but thanks. I recently just heard of online meetings and im looking at other things i can get to help thats online
Both Smart Recovery and LifeRing Secular recovery have very good online meetings. Also Recoverydharma. I attend all of them and the people are welcoming and helpful.

Intherooms.com also has live meetings all the time. And several zoom meetings can be found through the meeting guide at aa.org if that’s your thing.
