I also suffered from porn addiction for most of my life.Since an adolescent.It has caused great harm in my life.Disconnect with family,friends…It has increased my anxiety and depression that was already existent due to my upbringing.Many don’t know the tremendous negative effect that porn has on the mind,body,and soul.I am healing as well my brother.

Same here. Gay man with porn addiction tied in to using meth. Hours wasted. I’m here to talk as well. Best wishes.
