Hello all I’m taking it one day at a time. I had the urge again today and decided to take a walk and call some family. I must say this community is helping me in ways I couldn’t imagine. Thanks again everyone

Yessir. One day at a time. You did the right thing, take a walk, call people who care. That urge never goes away but it does get easier. Just have some strategies for when those thoughts become intrusive. If you learn the tools and work on your thought process you will get far in sobriety
