Had a dream last night that me and my frend (how is all So in sobriety) got drunk.
In the dream i felt so sorry for myself and when i awoke i was ashamed of myself for about ten minutes i was sitting up on my bed so scared (worse feeling ever).
Then i realised it was just a dream😅
Scary as hell nonetheless.

My former sponsor said that drunk dreams are the higher power’s way of reminding us what it’s like to drink.
