I am now 11 days alcohol free. I am giving credit to this chat group for helping me with this. I love reading the comments others have. Things I wouldn’t think of on my own. Also alot of information in one spot. I still have a long way to go but thanks for the inspiration to tough it out.
P.S. Something I heard in a video. My new phrase if they ask if I want a drink. I tell them no thanks I am alcohol free.
