# Main App help

Friends. Im having some trouble on the main app. I got a new phone, and although i can sign into the community mt counters, reets and history is not there. I only have the option to add “new addictions” i think ive tried everything to sign into my old app profile. Is my history gone or am i missing something?

I’m also interested of this because I have to purchase a new phone in the future. But when I created my counters, I also wrote the days down to prevent app crashes or if my phone brokes down or if I lose my phone etc. I hope you can get your counters etc. back.

So all of your journal entries and timers are stored locally. If you did not do a data transfer from your old phone to your new phone, you would have to re-enter the timer data.

I am not sure of there’s ways around this. Maybe some one has an idea?

I had to change phones and i was able to bring my timer back by purchasing the membership. Not sure if that still works

Premium will get you cloud sync. Otherwise manual data transfer.

Thanks all. I actually did a data transfer ofrm old to new and everything seemed to carry over with the exception of this app. I could probably do a manual configuration at some stage and add events and time lines ect retrospectively.
