Well i made it a week without giving in despite an incredibly hard week. But now im left to deal with the memories of how good it felt when i last gave in. My wounds are all fully healed but im getting ptsd-like flashbacks to when i made the wound and i dont know what to do. I know my addiction isn’t that common but its been ruining my life. Any support is welcome.

Hi @doclalonde and welcome to the forum. 👋 Congrats on taking the first big step.

I don’t see any previous posts from you. Do you want to share anything more about your situation/addiction? Totally understand if you’re not ready yet. I know others here have discussed it before.
