Thank you @tailee17 . Ive not looked at it yet as thats my treat for tomorrow .
Looking forward to it!
Feeling positive and ready…well almost ready.
I’m totally on some May challenge action No breaking bones this time.
Also, I found a 30 day beginner yoga challenge on YouTube. All the videos are under 30 minutes. I attached the link below.
30 Days of Yoga for Complete Beginners
Anyone interested? Figured I’d ask before starting a separate thread.
- I’m in! Create a separate thread though.
- I’m in! Just leave it here.
- Not sure, but definitely make a separate thread.
May fitness challenge.
Which one are you all doing?
There a few on here that Ill need to google, but thats how April started and look at us now.
As for Yoga Im going to give it a go also.
I know Im behind already but this is a planning day

Will get stuck into it tomorrow.
It would be nice if we can all check in each day again just to keep eachother going. There were a few occasions where I thought I just dont have the energy but after checking in on here and seeing you all doing so well it spurred me on when I needed it.

I plan to just do the lazy girl calendar. I will do day 1 after work today before my nightly stretching. I had errands to run this morning and didn’t get to it before.
Thats exactly what I was talking about @Runningfree reading your post I just thought get on with it Col.
Day 1
and it feels like its carrying on in a steady progression from April.
Day 2 and then some… I went well over and above on each exercise as that was what I felt I could comfortably do due to completing the April challenge. I dont mean to sound like Im bragging, just wanting to keep this level of fitness and improving. Apart from those burpees- I would like some advice on how to enjoy those bad boys!
Ive not started the yoga yet but have a week off next week so will start that Monday. Promise !
Hope everyone is managing ok and doing tbese with a big smile-like me.(mainly)
Edit- googling smartwod
The only enjoyable thing about burpees for me is that I can do them When I started working out I had to do the step out modification and now years later I can do the whole thing with the push up and jump.
I might as well start doing them with a push up in there, the sooner the better. Im better off taking my time and making sure each one is a good strong one. I dont know whether to thank you or not
Days 1 and 2 done, and then some, like @Leveller. Another rousing session with Norman the Barbarian trainer this evening.

And worse I may be yet: the worst is not
So long as we can say ‘This is the worst.’
Found this thread today, after finishing the April challenge I’m all for this. Been loving the extra nightly workout. I have one month left in my Bootcamp weight loss challenge so everything helps.
Day 1 and 2 done tonight after an already active day. Love it!
Hello .
Day 3
Getting better all the time.
Really enjoying this. I did more again and still feel like I could maybe go again, i know we are only at the start but still feeling good.
Not so much abs, but I got in my first outdoor ride today, 10 miles.

There is nothing noble in being superior to some other man. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self.
Wow you all are doing fabulous.
Busy weekend. Had a hard bootcamp Saturday morning and then lots of yardwork. A little rainy today so i got days 3 & 4 done before a good 45 minute Peloton ride.
Signed my daughter and me up for a Spartan race in July so even more motivation to keep working out!
Nice work everyone!
Have to say I nailed my rest day!
