Beautiful Full Moon here ready for my Full Moon Ritual
Needed this one twice last night. When I went to bed and when I woke up in the middle of the night. I didn’t waste any time putting it on to stop the racing thoughts in my head. It did put me to sleep. And I’m thankful for that.
I just listened to it again this morning. Stayed awake for the whole thing. I love Paz. She’s the best

Just finished a nine minute guided meditation. The first time I have actually sat with the intention to do one for quite some time. Glad I made it the whole way through and I pray for willingness to make meditation part of my daily routine

Sarah Blondin is awesome. She had a sort of recovery of her own.
This Holding Center meditation was held yesterday at the Recovery Dharma meeting I joined. It gave me a very new perspective on walking the middle path when things are going right.

Hope meditation can be a part of my daily routines again. In september I start a weekly meditate course at a well known meditation centre here in the Netherlands, looking forward to it. But did not want to wait until that so started today. Looked here on TS for a thread that can motivate me a bit as well and found this one.

It definitely gives you a different perspective of life. 7 years ago when going through my divorce my ex actually suggested I try meditation. The first time I sat and listened to a guided meditation I felt an unbelievable sense of calm that I’d not experienced before. I have certainly learnt to sit better with uncomfortable thoughts without judgement and use breathwork when I feel extremely overwhelmed. I sometimes forget the simple things but always try to remember to just reset everything with the breathing as the starting point. If someone told me 10 years ago that I would use meditation daily in the future I would have fair dinkum laughed in their faces
