It’s hard for me to clear my mind after working on myself.

Minnie was milling around at 9 so she got her final whizzy in and that’s my cue to go to bed.
I didn’t want to chance being awake since it was so early. Did my fave sleep and it work like a charm. Got 9 to 5 uninterrupted
I almost feel guilty. Not!
Now I’m going to go for a walk. For no reason. Maybe I can start my afternoon walks again now that it’s getting cooler.
Sounds like a good one. I’ll give it a try.
Too much on my mind last night
I find it easier to fall asleep when someone is talking or doing a guided meditation with sounds, than just listening to sounds. However I;actually made it through this one but don’t remember much of it. So I’ll try it again when I’m not trying to sleep.

Just went back to basic breathing. 5 minutes on an ice pack for my stiff back before going to the vet.
