I found this to be quite nice. Spontaneously shifted from my silent practice and grateful I was led to this. It shifted my awareness :blue_heart: @I.cant.We.can I have been using binaural beats to help me manage chronic pain for over a year. My therapist recommended it over a year ago and it’s near the top of my tool box. I see that you are continuing to thrive and grow Brian. That is a beautiful thing  Namaste

Day two complete. I did a ten minute guided meditation for beginners

Completed day three of 10 minute meditation last night. If I’m being honest I think I do better with the meditation playlist I listen to that doesn’t have any words. That is when I feel the most peace and relaxation.

I really like Sarah Blondin. Have her flagged. I’m going to try a new one from Chelsea Pottenger that I noticed too.

I sit for 30 minutes every morning. My program,Refuge Recovery, recommends 45 minutes of practice daily after one year of sobriety. I do another 20 minutes of guided meditation in Zoom meeting of RR. Some days another 15 or 20 minutes when night falls. It’s habit. Like breathing. Best thing I have ever done for my benefit and the benefit of others.

That is lovely Stel-zilla . A daily practice for one year. I relate to meditation being a game changer. I don’t do step work but this is perfect.

This is my first guided meditation in some time. Very nice. I ,like you, practice daily. The benefits permeate my cause and condition in invisible ways. Good on You @Its_me_Stella .

It was super fun!
I thought that I would be nervous singing aloud but I wasn’t. I just closed my eyes and meditated like I was at home, it was beautiful.

Started my day with this beauty, made me cry.

@JazzyS thought I’d tag you in too Jazzy. I don’t usually see you over here and I know you got your own meditation thing going. I love this lady so much.

I just happened to open Insight Timer on my walk looking for a new mantra. And my favorite lady pops up with this. Totally unexpected. So excited to do this.
