I am fascinated by the whole “Karen” meme, and how it has exploded in popular social culture. Mostly I am curious how a superficial opportunist named “Kate” became the trope for a stereotype meme labeled “Karen”.

And the fact that I am fascinated and curious about this entire thing indicates this COVID stuff needs to resolve soon, while I still have something of a functional mind left.

looks like the driveways in my father’s childhood home in the mountains of NW PA. Pretty much unusable from October to May.

It’s hilarious, lots of names were used in the beginning, Carol, Nancy, etc. However, Karen became the trend. So, being in the same Covid situation, I googled “Karen”. You might find that pretty funny.
