@Sassyrocks what is considered as political. Any meme or meme font that has a political person in it, or memes that are about politics? Cuz there are multiple meme fonts with politicians in it that are not about that politician, but more their facial expression. For example that trump gives a piece of paper to some other dude, there are plenty of memes made on that font that don’t have to do with politics

This is actually a good observation… my take on it is what is the focus of the meme? If the hardpoint is attacking the individual within the image, it could be considered offensive politically but if it’s using a picture or set of pictures, like the one you named above, as a template of reference for an expression, then I’d follow the expression with the joke. Not the person being used in the joke.
Comedy is always a fine line.
