I am in full agreement with you. How about a sheet pan?
And get rid of tiny salad plates. I’m sick of salad falling off my plate in restaurants

My dad got his face sliced that way when he was younger. He couldn’t taste or smell much after that!! ouch

That is exactly how Ms. Monkey and I make our nachos…I would estimate you can make about 5 pounds of nachos on a sheet tray, and every chip has an enormous amount of good stuff on it!
