Oooooooo thiiiiis is a seriously good one and I have gently, calmly and respectfully literally asked about the ways in which they felt the culture was in the last year as opposed to how they would like to describe present day contrast-during the interview. She knew I worked there before-she wasn’t there then-and dude!!The look on her stressed-out anxious face said absolutely everything. I turned it down. Yup great post.
