We call it a chair keyboard interface error.
I’m going to start using that! I used to refer to user-error as ID10T, PEBKAC is much better! 
I discovered that term a ways back. ID10T obviously spells idiot, but worked with someone who was a super social justice warrior and filed complaints against people referencing it,
Apparently In the archaic days of psychology, the terms idiot, moron and imbecile were used to determine someone’s level of intellectual disability, this was also a time where anyone with intellectual disabilities where locked into asylums, involuntarily sterilized and kept well hidden from society. None of the terms are used anymore, and have changed into insults, but who am I to judge
