First two boxes rule out 6. Box 3 rules in 2 and 0. So the set of numbers to consider so far is 2 and 0, possibly 8 1 and 4. Box 4 rules out 8,7, 3
2, 0, 1 or 4 so far. 2 goes in last per box 1.
Box 2 says only 1 or 4 not both. Position b cannot be 0 per box 3
