Ok this brings up a true story from last week. Was BBQing fish and just bragged how are BBQ is great keeping a low flame to cook perfect. Came out of house to remove food and the whole damn BBQ on fire. I turned off gas and was rushing to get food off the grill while flames continued. Saved the fish although I did tell hubby that is not the correct way to Blacken Salmon. Food was great but was scolded by spouse that maybe should put fire out as a priority over the food. I said “noted!”
