The unseen trauma is so difficult. I really only feel the affects when I start to get close to someone, I’m one big paranoid mess.

I have been doing the 3rd one for a while now, I follow women who make it known they don’t filter or edit their photos on IG. It’s nice seeing different shapes and sizes.

Have you read this The Body Is Not An Apology by Sonya Renee Taylor or follow her? I am still working my way thru her book…it is one that requires short reading and long contemplation…at least for me.
